Parametric Sound Receives FTC Clearance to Proceed with Turtle Beach Merger

SAN DIEGO, California — September 9, 2013 – Parametric Sound Corporation (NASDAQ: PAMT), a leading innovator of audio products and solutions, announced that on September 5, 2013 the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) granted early termination of the statutory waiting period under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976, as amended.
