Cris Keirn - Senior Vice President, Global Sales

Cris Keirn was named CEO of Turtle Beach Corporation – a top 5 global gaming accessory brand, in March 2024. Cris was previously named Turtle Beach’s Interim CEO in July 2023, in addition to his yearslong role as SVP of Global Sales where he drove the growth and development of Turtle Beach’s gaming accessory business among our retailer partners. Cris joined Turtle Beach in 2013 and has been a key leader in the transformation of Turtle Beach’s product portfolio, most recently as Vice President of Business Planning and Strategy. Cris has also led Turtle Beach’s Sales Operations, Customer Care, and Market Analytics teams. Prior to Turtle Beach, Cris held leadership positions over a 17-year span at Motorola across Product Management, Operations, Quality and Customer Relations.

John Hanson - Chief Financial Officer

John is a seasoned leader who has held CFO roles within a number of publicly traded companies, most recently as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Dialogic, Inc., a $160 million global telecom network appliance and software company. John will be responsible for all aspects of our financial strategy and planning as the company continues to evolve and grow.

Tom Roberts - Chief Strategy Officer

Tom is the Chief Strategy Officer at Turtle Beach, reporting to the CEO. Tom is responsible for corporate strategy and vision formulation and management. He is charged with enhancing corporate innovation, strategic relationships, and M&A. Tom has spent the past 30 years working in the video games business driving the strategy behind the creation and marketability of new gaming accessories that push the industry forward. Prior to joining Turtle Beach, Tom served as CTO, CEO, and Sr. Executive Vice President of Performance Designed Products where he focused on product development, manufacturing, innovation, and ultimately all aspects of the business. Before joining PDP, Tom spent nearly a decade as the Executive Vice President of Product Development at Mad Catz, and before that he spent 13 years as an engineering leader at General Dynamics - a global aerospace and defense company.

Megan Wynne - General Counsel

As General Counsel for Turtle Beach, Megan applies her 25 years of legal experience to oversee all legal matters. Prior to joining Turtle Beach, Megan spent five years as in-house counsel for I-Flow, LLC, a Kimberly-Clark Health Care Company, where she oversaw all litigation and advised on other legal matters. Additionally, Megan spent 13 years working with California-based Morris Polich & Purdy, LLP, initially as a litigation associate, and then as partner.

Ryan Dell - Senior Vice President, Marketing

Ryan Dell is the Senior Vice President of Global Marketing for Turtle Beach, overseeing all consumer marketing and communications. Ryan brings 15 years of marketing experience with a focus in brand building, media planning and advertising, e-commerce, new customer acquisition and retention, and digital marketing. Prior to Turtle Beach, Ryan was President and Chief Marketing Officer of MVMT – a crowdfunded-to-$70MM+ digital fashion accessories brand, where he helped the company disrupt the fashion watch industry before expanding into sunglasses, jewelry, and other accessories, leading to the company’s strategic acquisition by Movado Group, Inc. in 2018. Before MVMT, Ryan was Vice President of Acquisition Marketing at FTD Companies (formally Provide Commerce), an E-commerce and retail company with brands like ProFlowers, Shari’s Berries, Personal Creations, RedEnvelope, and FTD.

Jessica Morrow - Vice President, Business Development

Jessica is the Vice President of Business Development for Turtle Beach, overseeing Global Partner relationships. Jessica brings nearly 20 years’ experience in the Video Game Peripheral business, with a focus on Business Development and Licensing Partnerships seeking new ways to expand product lines and consumer reach. Prior to Turtle Beach, Jessica was Vice President of Business Development at PDP where she helped grow the partner portfolio by 70%. Prior to PDP, Jessica was at PowerA for 16+ years, holding a variety of positions including Director of Product Development, and Sr Director of Business Development.

Drew Johnson joined Turtle Beach in 2015 and is the Senior Vice President of Global Sales. Drew is a customer-obsessed, strategic thought leader with over 16-years of progressive growth in sales, account management, and demand planning. Drew has a robust history in developing demand-generating strategies to grow revenue and profitability for Consumer Electronics and Video Games for Turtle Beach, Sony Electronics, Belkin, and Best Buy.

Matt Seymour - Vice President, Product Management

Matt Seymour leads the development of Turtle Beach's industry-leading portfolio of gaming headsets. With more than 20 years' experience launching breakthrough consumer electronics, Matt aligns Turtle Beach’s goals with industry trends and market needs to create new and innovative products with features that gamers want. Prior to joining Turtle Beach, Matt held a variety of roles at Sony Electronics in product management, product marketing, partner marketing, and business development.

Joe Stachula - Chief Technology Officer

As CTO and Senior Vice President of Product Development, Joe is responsible for advancing the company’s existing technologies and developing new, cutting-edge products designed to deliver the best gaming audio experience. Having spent over 20 years in the consumer electronics and audio industries, including 12 years developing audio products with Plantronics and additional roles with GoPro and Creative Labs, Joe has led global development teams and successfully brought numerous products to market throughout his career. Joe holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, as well as a degree in Physics from North Central College.

Jose Rosado joined Turtle Beach in 2014 and leads the company’s world class global Operations team. Jose has over 22 years of experience across the value chain working at several companies, including Motorola, Cisco and HP, in different roles such as sourcing, planning, IT systems architecture and outsource manufacturing.
