Turtle Beach’s executive leadership team is led by CEO and chairman of the Company’s board of directors, Juergen Stark. Under Stark’s leadership Turtle Beach has grown its global operations, distribution footprint, and overall scope of business to become one of the most recognizable brands in the industry, and the leading gaming headset and audio accessory brand in the world. In 2019, Stark drove Turtle Beach’s acquisition of the leading German PC accessory business, ROCCAT, as the company’s goal is to expand from being the leader in console gaming headsets into becoming a leading gaming accessory brand for all platforms.
In addition to Mr. Stark, Turtle Beach’s seasoned executive leadership team has extensive experience in consumer and commercial product design, development and distribution, and marketing and sales, with robust backgrounds across the gaming, audio, entertainment, and commercial industries.
Juergen StarkChief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board
Juergen is CEO and chairman of the board of directors for Turtle Beach Corporation – the world’s leading gaming headset and audio accessory brand. Stark has driven Turtle Beach’s growth and success since taking the helm as CEO in late 2012, and assumed the role of chairman of the Company’s board of directors in 2020. Previously, Stark served as the Chief Operating Officer for Motorola Mobility Holdings, Inc.’s multi-billion dollar mobile devices business. Prior to his role as COO, Juergen ran multiple hardware and software businesses in the consumer, enterprise, and government sectors for Motorola. Before Motorola, Juergen was CEO of Centerpost Corporation, a technology company he co-founded.
John HansonChief Financial Officer
John is a seasoned leader who has held CFO roles within a number of publicly traded companies, most recently as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Dialogic, Inc., a $160 million global telecom network appliance and software company. John will be responsible for all aspects of our financial strategy and planning as the company continues to evolve and grow.
Cris KeirnSenior Vice President, Global Sales
Cris Keirn drives the growth and development of Turtle Beach’s headset business, overseeing all consumer retail and sales account management. Cris was a key contributor in the transformation of Turtle Beach’s product portfolio, most recently as Vice-President of Business Planning and Strategy. Cris has also led Turtle Beach’s sales operations, customer care and market analytics teams. Prior to joining Turtle Beach, Cris held leadership positions over a 17-year span at Motorola across product management, operations, quality and customer relations.
Megan WynneGeneral Counsel
As General Counsel for Turtle Beach, Megan applies her 25 years of legal experience to oversee all legal matters. Prior to joining Turtle Beach, Megan spent five years as in-house counsel for I-Flow, LLC, a Kimberly-Clark Health Care Company, where she oversaw all litigation and advised on other legal matters. Additionally, Megan spent 13 years working with California-based Morris Polich & Purdy, LLP, initially as a litigation associate, and then as partner.
Ryan DellSenior Vice President, Marketing
Ryan Dell is the Senior Vice President of Global Marketing for Turtle Beach, overseeing all consumer marketing and communications. Ryan brings 15 years of marketing experience with a focus in brand building, media planning and advertising, e-commerce, new customer acquisition and retention, and digital marketing. Prior to Turtle Beach, Ryan was President and Chief Marketing Officer of MVMT – a crowdfunded-to-$70MM+ digital fashion accessories brand, where he helped the company disrupt the fashion watch industry before expanding into sunglasses, jewelry, and other accessories, leading to the company’s strategic acquisition by Movado Group, Inc. in 2018. Before MVMT, Ryan was Vice President of Acquisition Marketing at FTD Companies (formally Provide Commerce), an E-commerce and retail company with brands like ProFlowers, Shari’s Berries, Personal Creations, RedEnvelope, and FTD.
René KorteGeneral Manager, PC Products
After 12 years of building premium PC peripherals as the founder and CEO of ROCCAT, René Korte joins as General Manager of Turtle Beach, PC products. Combining his past experiences as VP for Razer Europe and being a pioneer in eSports- both as professional gamer and founder of the MTW clan (one of the first and most respected eSports teams around the world), René ‘s goal has always been to bring into the hands of gamers pushing the boundaries of their performances, authentic and innovative tools. René has always motivated his teams to deliver the best of design, marketing and engineering. This has resulted in both ROCCAT and René receiving many awards in the industry. His expertise in the field of PC peripherals is the product of his versatile accomplishments, his passion for gaming, and his skills proficiency in business. An expertise that René is proud to share with his new position at TB Germany GmbH.
Skipper WiseVice President & Founder of Neat Microphones
Skipper has led the way in creating cutting-edge microphones and audio products for studios, musicians, and consumers. Co-founding Blue Microphones in 1995, he changed the audio landscape with innovative designs, including over 30 patents and trademarks, paving the way for a new generation of recording tools, and as President of Neat Microphones he launched the award-winning Bee and Widget mic lines. With 40+ years as an entrepreneur, recording artist and engineer he brings his knowledge, passion, and legacy of microphone design to the next generation of Neat.
David AngressVice President & Head of Neat Microphones
David’s career includes decades as a senior executive in the music products industry with companies that include ADAM Audio GmbH, Guitar Center, Harman International, and AKG. David played a pivotal leadership role at Guitar Center in the development of its merchandising, marketing and private label programs, as well as plans for expansion outside the U.S. As an industry consultant, he has utilized his extensive international experience in marketing, product management, and international distribution, to build business relationships for his clients throughout the US, Europe, and Asia.
Matt SeymourSenior Vice President, Product Management
Matt Seymour leads the development of Turtle Beach's industry-leading portfolio of gaming headsets. With more than 20 years' experience launching breakthrough consumer electronics, Matt aligns Turtle Beach’s goals with industry trends and market needs to create new and innovative products with features that gamers want. Prior to joining Turtle Beach, Matt held a variety of roles at Sony Electronics in product management, product marketing, partner marketing, and business development.
Joe StachulaCTO & Senior Vice President, Product Development
As CTO and Senior Vice President of Product Development, Joe is responsible for advancing the company’s existing technologies and developing new, cutting-edge products designed to deliver the best gaming audio experience. Having spent over 20 years in the consumer electronics and audio industries, including 12 years developing audio products with Plantronics and additional roles with GoPro and Creative Labs, Joe has led global development teams and successfully brought numerous products to market throughout his career. Joe holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, as well as a degree in Physics from North Central College.
Jose RosadoSenior Vice President, Global Operations
Jose Rosado joined Turtle Beach in 2014 and leads the company’s world class global Operations team. Jose has over 22 years of experience across the value chain working at several companies, including Motorola, Cisco and HP, in different roles such as sourcing, planning, IT systems architecture and outsource manufacturing.
